Leading Profound Innovation in Toronto

The Halifax-based Alia Institute (formerly known as the Shambhala Institute) will be holding a four-day leadership program, Leading Profound Innovation, in Toronto this spring.
Led by Otto Scharmer, Jim Marsden, and senior Shambhala teacher Arawana Hayashi, the program focuses on presencing — a theoretical framework and practice for leaders introduced by Scharmer in his books Theory U: Leading from the Future as It Emerges (2007), and Presence: An Exploration of Profound Change in People, Organizations, and Society (2005).
The program will be held at the Kingbridge Centre, north of Toronto from April 5 to 8. For more information, visit the Alia Institute website.
